24-Hour Notice Required
We understand that circumstances beyond your control may cause you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Therefore, there is no charge for cancellations or reschedules made 24 hours or more prior to your scheduled appointment time. One no-show or late cancellation appointment will be excused.
However, cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a fee no greater than $50.00. This fee will be charged to the card on file and is non-refundable.
Thank you for understanding and cooperating with us to ensure that we do our very best to serve the needs of our clients. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation and no-show policy.
All Sales Final
All sales are considered final; therefore, we do not issue refunds.
Please note that aesthetic outcomes vary significantly among individuals, and while we strive for the best possible result, the desired outcome cannot be absolutely guaranteed. Clients are responsible for any subsequent treatments that may be necessary to achieve their desired results.
Before a service is performed, please consider all of the required protocols and side effects. We are committed to client satisfaction and are available to answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding the services we offer before purchase.
Adults Only Environment
At The Aesthetics Lounge, your safety, comfort, and overall experience are our highest priorities. To maintain a calm, protected, and hygienic environment for all guests, we kindly ask that children and pets not accompany you to your appointments.
We understand this may require planning, and we truly appreciate your cooperation. While we love children and animals, their safety, as well as the quality of your care, is very important to us.
We ask that all clients arrange childcare and pet care prior to their visit. Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain a safe, relaxing, and professional environment for everyone.
